Program in the Standard version allows to keep the records of assets, equipment, intangible and legal valuables or low-valuable items.  It also allows you to perform stocktaking with the barcode usage and automatic generation of documents for stocktaking settlement, such as: stocktaking sheet, differences list, stocktaking summary.

Apart from the basic functionalities there are also: an automatic creation of trading assets documents (OT, MT, PT, LT), based on MS Word templates and determining the stocktaking differences between stocktaking record and electronic physical stocktaking. Each client has an access to the expanded system for creating reports and lists with a possibility to adjust the content and an access to the hard copy for organization purposes.
